The Subramaniam laboratory is engaged in the research of systems biology and medicine. Our research focus is on understanding mechanisms, reconstructing networks, building quantitative models and predicting phenotypes in mammalian systems. Toward this end, we develop novel methods and technologies, carry out information-rich assays and build temporal and context-specific pathways and models leading to cellular and physiological end points. For over the past decade, we have worked on a number of research problems associated with human physiology and pathology.
