Our research focus is on understanding mechanisms, reconstructing networks, building quantitative models and predicting phenotypes in mammalian systems. Toward this end, we develop novel methods and technologies, carry out information-rich assays and build temporal and context-specific pathways and models leading to cellular and physiological end points.
